Would definitely book at Echo Bluff again. The cabins were spacious and very clean. The balcony was great for morning coffee and stargazing at night with views of the lodge and park. Staff was super friendly and we loved the restaurant as well.

The room was fine, the setting beautiful. It was clean, and there was in-room coffee.The problem was the restaurant, where the food was bad and the service at breakfast worse. They were clearly understaffed.

The lodge was beautiful! Our room was good for our time there. We enjoyed being able to eat at the grille and relax for the weekend!

I always enjoy this place. I came just to do some hiking through the creek and enjoy the water. It is just a pleasant atmosphere there, and one of my favorite parts is that the Tubs are deep! after playing around in cold water for hours, nothing beats sitting in a hot deep bath. I mean, in reality lots of things actually do beat that, but it is still very nice. The food is good as well. I do enjoy staying there. I had a kid free weekend, and although I like bringing them, it was a nice treat for myself before driving to float the black river Sunday.

Property was clean, quiet and beautiful. The restaurant is not worth it what so ever. 18$ nachos with 3 little chunks of chicken and a couple pieces of jalepeno. We decided after that to not order entrees. Our room was clean and very cozy. Staff was extremely nice.

A great place to unplug and unwind, but also tremendously fun creekside and at the playground. The food was good but lacking in vegetarian options. The staff, especially Tina, really made our trip though! What wonderful people!

Beautiful lodge. The room and grounds were beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Nice gift shop. Added bonus was the wild horses we saw on the grounds! Great place for families with small children but also older couples.

Beautiful lodge. Wonderful place to stay. Grill had good breakfast sandwiches. Have to drive to go to other restaurants. Nothing close by. There are bikes to rent and walking trails. Otherwise not much to do. Great for relaxing. There are springs and a waterfall to go see around Eminence. Also places to take a float trip on the river. There are wild horses in the area but we didn’t see any. Overall great get away. Highly recommend.

Room wasn’t very clean. Behind the bathroom door the floor had never been swept. Stayed 3 nights. On the 2nd night put out the door sign to refresh the room. They replaced bathroom towels but didn’t make the beds or even empty the garbage cans. There were 2 pizza boxes on top of them and they didn’t even take them. Most of the towels were thin/worn out and discolored. No bathroom vent! Ate one breakfast and one dinner there. Food was good but took a long time. The grounds and views were beautiful though!

Staff is wonderful. Pillows were hard, like they were used for a long time. Maid came in our room even though we didn’t ask her to. She restock our bathroom which was goo. But, if you’re going to come in the room… do the rest. Like make the bed and restock stuff for coffee. Didn’t have a pillowcase for the extra pillow. Didn’t have the menu that it shows online. Then didn’t have one of the items I ordered for dinner. Get it right Corporate! Or that’s who they blamed it on. So, charges the price of upscale, but has the cheep hotel feel.

This entire trip was inspired by Tina, a staff member. I met Tina passing through the area and she provided me with a lot of information which gave me the idea to plan a weekend trip with my wife. The lodge room we had was clean and comfortable, My wife and I had a wonderful time exploring most of the areas Tina mentioned. Thank you Tina for a wonderful inspiration for a get away.

The cabin was beautiful, comfy, & private! The park was FANTASTIC for hiking & scenery! We hope to return and maybe bring family or friends. The staff were all friendly too! :)

The campground at Echo Bluff State Park is the only place in the whole area where we saw the wild horses! It is a lovely property with comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Beautiful stay at the lodge

The fireplace was great, as was the balcony off my room. Really lovely place to stay. The television remote was too complicated for me to use, but that's a very small issue compared to the excellence of the lodge.

Great staff and beautiful lodge! Pictures on Expedia are just the cabins. This is a little misleading because my reservation was actually in the lodge.
