"Admittedly, I may have looked a little road rough entering the hotel. However, the initial transaction with the front desk person was a bit less than desirable due to, I think, the Expedia booking instead of direct. She did seem to warm up when my wife showed up and when she realized I have a Marriott loyalty account. Or perhaps I misread her. Either way, it’s a nice place, just off the highway. "But I really appreciate it about this hotel in addition to how helpful and friendly all of the staff were, is that everything was in working condition. I had a light bulb going out in one of the lamps and it was fixed by the time I came back for dinner. There was a lot of thought put into this place. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that had laundry facilities and they were really nice."
