"The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger.."

"The staff who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The worst part were the beds, they were hard as rocks. I don’t mind a firm bed, but these could really use a memory foam mattress topper, that would easily bring up the rating to 4 stars."

Although this is not a luxury hotel, its location, convenience, and especially the friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. "Staff is really great. The room was clean and spacious. Location is great with downtown Portland only a 5 minute bus ride away. If you’re on a budget and don’t need the frills of a more expensive hotel then I would definitely recommend this hotel. The area is safe and the light rail is within walking distance. Perfect to check out and head right to airport."
