"The hotel is unique and takes u back in time. The room was large but that may have been because it was a deluxe king room. The room was quiet. We asked for the quiet side of the hotel which faces away from the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bella on the front desk was very helpful as was the manager. The location was good with restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as others close by. I would recommend it as a place to stay when visiting the Niagara region."

The hotel was apparently full with two youth sports groups, the type of events quite common in this hotel on weekends, according to staff. Our stay was comfortable and quiet during the night. We have no issues or complaints with the operation of the hotel and will stay there again but not on a weekend or any part thereof. The breakfast was adequate and under normal (weekday) acceptable....

"It’s very nice and quiet, except the first night we stayed ( Saturday) There were young kids there for some kind of tournament and the hotel allowed them to noisily run and holler in the hall past our room until 11pm even though we called the front desk several times. We had driven a long way and were tired. Couldn’t get to sleep because of it yet the front desk person allowed it until 11 pm."

"We had to leave due to finding a dead cochroach in the room. I went to the front desk immediately and let them know. I took pictures. All they said was “sorry for that”. They told me I needed to contact expedia so I did right away. Expedia tried to reach out to the manager for a refund and were not able to reach them. This place is so run down and not sanitary and the staff do not care. I will be going to the health board as this is not acceptable. The hotel’s only job is to clean and maintain...
