"Quite poor. The most uncomfortable bed I slept in, had a loose cable on the outside bang on the window all night, plumbing was making really loud noises that kept waking me up. In terms of cleanliness, mould in the bathroom, could see someone else shaved there as there was lots of cut hair on the floor. Overall, if it wasn't for the staff being very polite, it would've been a 1 star"

"When I came into the hotel and was given my room key, the first thing I noticed was the smell of dampness in the room. The carpet had burned marks all over it and stains and in places was missing carpet and built bar floor. The wallpaper was torn off the walls. The room was filthy dirty had not been cleaned and full of dust and dirt smoked disgusting so did the toilet and shower. "Very good hotel. Just what we needed"

"When I'm working in Devon I always stay here. Its perfectly comfy and its has good size rooms the parking is free and plentiful even in a large Van you can park around the rear of hotel. Close to tiverton town centre and supermarkets. Staff are very friendly too. "
