"I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s extremely aesthetically appealing and the staff are super friendly but that’s as far as it goes. It’s nothing really special about or comes with the hotel. Basic amenities, no free breakfast, or no pool. And for the price you pay, you'd think….but nope, nothing. "The hotel was clean, the staff was very hospitable, the parking was plentiful. The breakfast was ok."

"Staff was friendly, rooms were very bare basics but clean. No amenities to speak of, not even a blow dryer in the room. Flooring was done through-out motel, but so many other things needing upgrades. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the motel, only to sleep then leave, probably worth the money. One nice thing, our room was cleaned daily."

"We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars!"

"Property is under renovation and there is a great deal of dust and noise. Parking lot is full of construction materials and equipment. Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. Room was missing minimal amenities including facial tissue, no body wash in the shower, No thermostat for the AC so you have to get up in the night to turn it on and off depending on temperature you want.
