We stayed at Rockport for a Thanksgiving family gathering that included nine adults, a toddler and an infant. We utilize the entire space - which I think is how the place best functions. If renting only one of the units be aware there may be noise from the other units because of the vertical layout and the hardwood floors. Also, if renting one unit ask the management company to double check that your kitchen is well supplied as I suspect some equipment tends to travel from floor to floor. That being said, the units were lovely, and incredibly situated. It was a short walk for morning coffee and easy for a toddler to get to the nearby beach and park with a stroll. Communication with the managing company was outstanding. Because we were doing holiday cooking, I had a lot of questions regarding equipment in the kitchen as well as the barbecue situation. They responded to all my inquiries quickly. It was clear they went out of their way to bring in additional items so that we could create a Thanksgiving meal, including Turkey spices, serving platter, gravy boat, rolling, pin, roasting pan, etc., etc. That kindness went above and beyond in my opinion. Between the three units, the kitchens were very well outfitted. There was a small hiccup with the door codes during the check-in process, which is why I gave that only four stars. However, the management team was immediately reachable and immediately responsive and helpful.Bravo Atlantic services.
