Newly remodeled, this spacious & immaculate king-size suite has lovely views of the ocean from your perch above the trees. Take the full set of stairs up to the Apt which is Sunny and bright with a cathedral ceiling with fan, full kitchen, Full-Size Bed, double and single futon, and a sparkling new bath with an oversize shower. Take the 2 minute walk to the ocean's edge and watch the beautiful sunrise or stroll the quiet roads of the South End for an evening walk. From your vacation home here in the beautiful South End you are only minutes from 3 lovely beaches, 10 minutes from the downtown area with its shops, galleries, and restaurants, and also the commuter rail station should you choose to go to Boston for the day. Internet access available.

Nice clean space with a view of ocean in the distance. Separate from main home with private entrance to large studio. Beautiful walking/running space with ocean breeze and public footpath to rocky outcrop. Just outside the hustle and bustle of scenic Rockport. We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this studio apartment! The space had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean – truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Check-in was seamless thanks to the hosts, who were kind, welcoming, and extremely respectful of our privacy.The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short drive away is the charming Rockport center, Bearskin Neck, filled with shops, restaurants, and coastal beauty. Even closer, right from the property, there’s a scenic footpath with majestic views of the New England shoreline, complete with two iconic lighthouses.The apartment itself was the perfect size for a couple or two friends, thoughtfully arranged and incredibly comfortable. We were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations and very grateful for the hosts’ courtesy and attention to detail. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Rockport!

No hassle. Great for couple looking to stay in area. Only lacks an outside deck, but close walking distance to rocks with scenic ocean view. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good. TV works. Entrance, parking, and access is easy.

Great space close to town

Very easy check-in, clean, great mattress. We didn’t do any cooking but it seems everything you would need was there. It was very easy to get into town and to Gloucester and area beaches. We were stuck inside some of the time because of intense heat but that let me see rabbits, birds, and a beautiful doe from the window. Very serene and quiet space.

I wanted to escape the craziness of the city life style, and discovered a peaceful retreat next to the ocean shoreline. The spacious clean studio has everything that you need for comfortable leisure from cooking a home meal to enjoying a movie and quietness of a rural life. The host has been easily accessible via text messaging and promptly replied to my inquiries about the places to visit locally. And, there are plenty of interesting things to see and do around the area.

PEACEFUL & BEAUTIFUL!

A very nice, quaint little slice of New England with a partial view of the ocean and lighthouse. It's a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and the host, Mary Jane was very helpful in recommending a few places for breakfast, dinner, etc. Thank you Mary Jane!
