Conveniently pull into your reserved parking spaces and step into this historic pre-1900 home "The Driftwood". Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the newly remodeled space is the perfect balance of modern amenities and historic charm! The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for all. All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. Off the living area you'll find a common half bathroom.

Around the corner is your unique and private suite. A queen sized bed, private balcony, and remote workspace are just a few perks of this suite. There is also en-suite full bathroom with large stand up shower.

The second bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a large Kohler soaker tub and the tile reveals a unique original inscription carefully preserved. All of this comfort and style just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!

Waze, owned by Google, directed us to the back of the property with the address (Avenue vs. Street), but a very short drive around to the front and we were in. Lots of room on the top floor, quite cozy and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if possible and in the area.

Immaculately clean, lovely apartment. Hosts very communicative and while there were a few problems with mini splits, they sent a technician out to fix it right away, even though it was a Sunday night. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

This is one of four or five units in what was once a single family home on the main street in Rockport. As such, it is close to all Rockport has to offer. Location is what it has going for it.Here is what we encountered in our nine night stay-1, Dryer inoperable2. Electrical panel problems on two successive nights with no hot water the last morning.3. A bathroom sink that did not drain4. Limited bath and kitchen towel availability5. Kitchen knives that were exceedingly dull6. An overgrown yard that visually conveyed inattentionCheck in was easy, wifi access was fine, and downtown Rockport was easily accessed. Rockport House of Pizza is a block away and has reopened.

Great location but just not that nice

Loved the location but ultimately this property feels like an unfinished project with some holes in the walls, unpainted surfaces, etc. This contributes to my biggest complaint, which is that noise travels easily between units, and if anyone staying in the building is up late, you will be too. This could be fine for the right group, but I won't be back.

The space was spotlessly clean, and we loved the minimalist decor—no clutter or personal items to work around, which made it feel like a true retreat. Thoughtful touches like tissues, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were much appreciated. We visited Rockport for a concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center, and the location was perfect—an easy walk to the venue while also being convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommend this rental for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Great stay in Rockport!

It was a wonderful location in Rockport. My husband and I enjoyed the very short walk to Bearskin Neck and the shops /restaurants in Rockport . It was a convenient drive to all things Cape Ann. The private driveway parking was a huge bonus. As mentioned in previous reviews and property description there are quite a few stairs that lead up to apt from the front and back. The apt was clean and the King bed was comfortable. Easy check in/out. The property mgr was very attentive and responded quickly to any inquiries. We will definitely stay again!
