"Much of the floor laminate tiles were coming up. Many of them were taped down with clear duct tape. It was a tripping hazard. Bed and bathroom was clean. "

"The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathtub had biogers stuck on the bottom of tub by drain, no kleenex or hand towels. The staff was amazing. Don't think i will stay here again, not worth the price."

"This was a lovely experience. We just stayed overnight but would definitely return. The staff was accommodating, due to a group staying for a sporting event, there were many young players around the common area. My room was on the first floor so I asked to be moved to a room further away. I was changed to 3rd floor and had a great night’s sleep. Woke up to a nice breakfast and got on the road. It was a lovely and comfortable stay."

"The condo was well appointed and spacious. Personal preference, but for us, the beds were really soft. We found them uncomfortable but we're used to firmer. The listing didn't mention the washer and dryer in the unit but when I inquired, they responded quickly. The pool are was nice but definitely needs more seating. More than one table(let alone the only umbrella) would be good. Over all, I would highly recommend. "

"This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend...

"We checked in, weren’t told about the continental breakfast or timeframe. I walked to our room and there were critters on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. There was also a large dead roach on the dining table. Continental breakfast was a table in the lobby- breakfast ran out by 8:00/ 8:15 am… with no replenishments. I was extremely disappointed. Also, the doors didn’t seem to close properly… not a good situation overall and will not be going back ever."
