"The room was very clean. The shower stayed hot and had decent pressure. The breakfast had a good variety. The staff were friendly.
The only issue I had was that I was placed across from a room with a dog that barked and howled all night. When I called about the issue, the staff never addressed it so I didn’t sleep well until the dog left."

"There was no handsome in the room, the floor was sticky like the solution they mopped woth wasn't properly diluted, it smelt like weed and other guests were very loud as late as midnight. There was a bug and a hair in the shower. Didn't bother eating the breakfast because of how gross the room was. Wish I splurged to stay somewhere else."

The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).
