As I checked in the hotel, received key to room 524 and tried to access room with no luck (key didn’t work). A maintenance guy was in our room at the time saying he had to fix the tub faucet (strange). Received call from front desk we need to move into another room due to upstairs leakage. The bathroom floors full of water which came into the hallway and room where our luggage and things were. We had to repack our things and move into another room 519. Getting ready to enjoy the rest of the evening ( we thought), the sink faucet had low water pressure and the shower water was brown so we couldn’t take a shower. By this time my headache was hurting and very upset how things quickly changed. Went back downstairs to let the desk person know what was going on and she apologized and that the manager will be on duty the next day. During check out I discussed wha took place and notations were previously added on the day of displacement. She told me that she will request for me to get a total refund due to the inconvenience. I’m requesting a total refund.
