The Space:

Endless beach days and breathtaking views await you at this unique lakefront home here in Rockaway Beach! This getaway boasts an open living area and four bedrooms for 12 guests to spread out and enjoy their own peace and quiet. Head outside and you will find a beautifully furnished deck overlooking the water of Crescent Lake where you can enjoy an evening cocktail and reminisce with loved ones. Come summer, you can head out to the private pool and wade in refreshing waters or simply lounge in the shade with a good book in hand.



With all of the comforts of home and more, no one will want to leave this oasis, but heading out to explore the town is a great way to spend a day! On foggy mornings, bring a cup of coffee to the sand and simply walk along the coastline as you collect shells and enjoy the sound of the tide. As the day heats up, enjoy a picnic and splash in the waves or head into downtown Rockaway and try out some local cuisine!

This was my 4th stay here and unfortunately my only bad experience. The barbecue was broken and unusable as was the dishwasher. The wifi was completely unreliable. We have a booking again in June and we hope things are much better by then.

Great place for a large group of friends!

This place was so cozy and wonderful. Had enough space for everybody and had a great range of VHS tapes that made a cozy and comfortable weekend stay.

Decent place with a few drawbacks

This place is a little funky and quirky but somewhat nicer than the photos show. The pool was great although could’ve been a little warmer given we paid $230 to have it heated. (Based on reviews, we called twice ahead of time to make sure we had the pool key lockbox code and it was heated). Would be nice to have a washer and dryer with all the pool towels and not a lot of places to hang them to dry. The pool room got very steamy and condensation dripped down so nothing really dried out there. Please put some WD40 on the door hinges as all were very squeaky. Our three families had a nice stay but for the money might chose a different house that didn’t face the highway. One last thing: please get more lamps as all the fluorescent lights were oppressive!

It was okay...

The pool itself was great!! The kids loved it and had a great time. The size of the dining room table was also great as was the gorgeous lake view! There was lots of seating but it's all old, run down and uncomfortable. There was also hairs covering one of the beds and a stain on the comforter on another. At one point during our trip a pool maintenance person showed up and gave us a fright because they let themselves in. Which is fine, but some communication to expect them would be nice. But the worst part is that we tried to park down below in the carport area to avoid parking on 101 and the carport stairs and door were completely covered in feces. It was disgusting!! I tried reaching out about it while we were there and never received any communication back.

So much potential

This property is very big and has many beds and seating for a large gathering. Unfortunately when we arrived, the property did not appear to have been cleaned. There were still Happy Birthday Banners hanging up in the dining room. There was trash under, in, and around the couches. The back door and deck was covered in Spiders/Spider webs. We had to knock them all down with a broom before we could even go out on the back deck. There were windows that didn't work, blinds that didn't work, and the dishwasher doesn't work! The lake view was beautiful, unfortunately it's not really a useable lake, it's all weeds. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. This house is right on the highway and very loud at night, even with the windows closed. The worst part was the fact that it is an extra $95 per day to heat the pool. We paid this fee to have the pool heated. It was not warm enough to use until 2 days later. We were only able to use the pool 1 out of our 3 days. We reached out to the property manager and were told they would look into it, and then never heard anything else. Overall, this is property is very overpriced and not one that we would ever go back to.

Family Vacation

This was an amazing stay for our group! Age range of kids 7-18 loved the indoor pool. It was well kept and even had a regular check of levels and water top off during the week. A quick walk across Hwy 101 led to the beautiful beach! And the tranquility of the lake directly behind the property was the best place for morning coffee! One thing we were wishing for was a washer/dryer since we had kids in some body of water the entire time and dry towels were becoming scarce for our group. Plenty of room for all 12 of us to spread out!

Relaxing family retreat

We rented it for the indoor pool and once it got up to temperature it was amazing. Call to verify that the pool is heated to 85. It was 80 when we arrived and it was too cold for the 2 year old. At 85 it was hard to get anyone out of the pool. Overall great stay.
