"On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. "Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
