"Our room was very large and was great except it smelled kinda funny when we first got there. I suspect it was whatever they used to clean it, but it was really strong. We had requested and got a ground floor room with parking directly in front which was great. Breakfast was kinda disappointing. Frozen biscuits and packaged gravy - not very appetizing. They did have bread for toast but most of the margarine packages had come open before being used which is kinda gross. They only had orange juice...

"Office not occupied until 4 pm. There is a sign in the office window asking guests to go across the street to a bar to get checked in. Bar employees not sure what managment wants to do with reservation but they gave me a key to the room. Talked with employee at 4 and got things squared away. Apparently smoking allowed in bar."

"So i booked this online obviously through expedia. I drove all the way from san diego and got to rock springs at 10 pm. Signs said open , said vacancy...noone in office. I call and a rude guy answered, i asked if they are open , he says nope and we have no vacancies. I said i booked online , he said TOO BAD !!! so rhey get to pocket my money ??????"
