"Great place to stay in Rock Springs. Our wrestling team was staying there and they were kind enough to let us use a conference room to feed the kids dinner after a long day. I am disappointed that there is no continental breakfast. Seems to be something that happening a little more lately at various hotels. "The customer service was absolutely wonderful! We stayed 2 nights as I had two medical treatments that left me completely exhausted! The management had us assigned to a second floor room. When they found out that I was in town for medical treatments, they immediately changed us to a first floor room without us having to request it! They were delightful!"

"Our room was nice and it was clean and tidy inside. Worked great for the price! This is a classic motel especially the original building so if you're a grown up an can live with that it seemed fine. Furniture was modern, DirectTV worked. I could hook my laptop up to the tv easy and the desk staff was friendly. Value was good and bed was comfortable and clean."
