Please enjoy your stay at the beautiful remodeled 700 sq ft 2 bedroom , Warm and wonderful apartment above the Spa Located in historic Rochester Indiana. While your here enjoy the beautiful downtown, the magnificent Lake Manitou, the nickel plate Bike trail , or our many parks.

Superb dining and shopping within walking distance in downtown Rochester.

We have free Ev charging for Tesla and non Tesla EV’s on site during your stay. Off street parking in our safe well lit parking lot.

Listing wasn’t descriptive, but apartment was actually better than listed, not worse. Beds are king sized and foam. Linens are included. Toiletries are not. Wine fridge, but no dishwasher. There is a Keurig coffee maker but only 1 k cup. Internet wasn’t strong and only “Samsung TV” unless you login to your own subscription services. Blinds in the bedrooms had a big gap on the sides. Bathroom is small but well appointed. The floor was a material that wasn’t cold. Good water pressure and heat. Host wasn’t proactive with contact, had to ask for check in instructions only 4 hours before check in. Batteries died on the keyless entry during our stay, so we couldn’t lock the door anymore.Generally a very nice place, better than hotel options in Rochester, but needs a little more attention to communication, restocking, and preventative maintenance.

Fun at tge fair

Great apartment, nicely furnished, location is good too. Bakery in lower level that is great!!!! Will stay there again if its open when we come to Rochester.

Love all the special decor touches, especially the sand table. Was extremely clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Well equipped kitchen with appliances and necessities. Will definitely love to stay on future visits

Stylish Stay

Very cool and modern interior! When we walked in, the first thing we said was WOW. Everything looked better in person. Beds were comfy, enjoyed the record player, and loved the open space from the kitchen to the lounge area

Open and lots of good natural light. Very well appointed - looks like it was just remodeled! kitchen was excellent! Quiet even though it is near a busy-ish street, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Very impressed with the swanky decor & furniture! Felt like I was staying in an apartment located in a large metropolitan city. Walking distance to nice coffee shop and a few minute drive to the lake. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO Rental Around

My now husband and I rented this for the night before and night of our wedding. Walking through the door of this rental, we were in awe of how stunning of a place it was. We were quite upset that we were only going to be there 2 nights! Pros: The location is very central to wherever you need to go. (Including a short walk to Renewed Coffee Shop also owned by Jason) Plenty of parking on either side of the building. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Jason was very accommodating and checked in to ensure our stay was going well. Cons: Being off a main road, it can get quite noisy at times. I’ve never been so quick to recommend a place but this place deserves it. If you’re in need of a home away from home kind of stay, this is the place to be!
