The staff were very capable, kind and helpful and i was grateful when they found an item that I had accidentally left behind. They kept it safe until I was able to collect it. The room itself was quite basic and had a cracked window. However the windows opened which is important to me and the beds were comfortable and shower hot.

This place is absolutely gross! The smell was horrible everywhere. The toilet was super dirty, the floors were gross, and the window was broken with tape on it — definitely did not feel safe at all. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway the entire time. I know it’s cheap, but honestly I would rather pay more than stay at this gross place again. I hate giving bad reviews, but people should know before booking. Do NOT stay here!

Advertised as free breakfast, NO breakfast was offered at this location. Coffee and tea available 24/7, that's all. Rooms were horrible. The stench of smoke as we opened the door was so bad. And it lingered the entire time we were there. Toilet was not bolted down on either side and rocked as you were on it. Toilet seat slid around as well. The center faucet wiggled because it wasn't installed properly. Hot/cold handles were put on backwards. Took a bath and shower at the same time. An old bracket from a towel bar was still hanging on the wall. Flooring stuck up in places and almost cut our feet. Horrible place! Do not stay here! They should be paying us to stay!

Loud heater and air unit. Very noisy got no sleep between traffic going by loud rear unit keep coming in all hours and 18 years talking.

Small clean room. Quite location. Ladies that manage the facility are kind and engaging with guests. I'm a truck driver and its a great place for well earned rest. Affordable and close to groceries and restaurants.

We stayed in room 101 at the Econo Lodge April 16-19. The ice machine was not working. Staff said it had been down for a while & they didn’t know when it would be fixed. We had to get ice at the 7/11 across the street. The fan in the AC unit (which was on low) was so loud we couldn’t sleep & had to turn it off. The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak which had stained 2 large ceiling tiles & dripped onto a box of tissues. Neither the ceiling tiles nor the tissues had been replaced. On the plus side the room was clean, the bed comfortable, towels were ample & the TV worked. Our room faced the back and was quiet. Very good location with easy access to restaurants, shopping & Rochester and staff are all very pleasant & helpful. When I asked for an additional pillow the young man on overnight found me one right away. We have stayed here before and want to continue to do so but it’s important to us that the owners accept their responsibility to repair equipment & facilities promptly.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The amenities were great. I love the blow dryer. The parking was very easy. Only concern was that one of the doors was out of order, but besides that everything there was OK.

Location has quick access to Rochester; close to gas stations, restaurants; very quiet; room was large & clean; bed was comfortable; A/C a bit loud but worked fine; rear parking lot appears to back onto a residential neighborhood; they provide bars of soap (not soap dispensers!). Good experience!
