Parking and convenience: The house is in a privileged position to explore the village and its wonders on foot. Although it does not have private parking, the area is surrounded by ample safe and free parking spaces, ensuring maximum tranquillity during your stay.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift in the historic centre of Rocca San Giovanni.



The apartment does not have a private parking space, but next to the town square there is a large municipal and free parking where you can park peacefully throughout your stay.

Casa La Torre is located in the heart of Rocca San Giovanni's historic centre, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, an enchanting place where history, culture and traditions meet. The apartment is located near the characteristic bell tower, symbol of the village, and a few steps from two welcoming bars where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif. Nearby, you'll also find one of the most renowned pizzerias in the area, famous for its excellent local cuisine.



During the summer season, the village comes to life thanks to citizens and tourists who visit this evocative place, participating in cultural events and enjoying the unique atmosphere that only a historic village can offer. Casa Bramare does not have a private parking space, but numerous free municipal car parks are nearby, easily accessible and convenient.



Rocca San Giovanni is easily reachable by car. From the A14 motorway, take the "Lanciano" exit and follow signs for Rocca San Giovanni, about 10 km away. The road is well-signposted and will lead you directly to the historic centre.



By train:

The nearest railway station is Fossacesia-Torino di Sangro, located about 8 km from the village. From the station, you can take a taxi or local bus that will take you to Rocca San Giovanni.
