An Unforgettable Stay at Raffles Doha My mum, my sister, and I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Doha for seven nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made both my family and me feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our Urban Suite was absolutely stunning—very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It quickly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a fantastic selection of high-quality food, and everything we tried was delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. On our second night, there was a fire alarm while we were staying on the 11th floor. My mum has a very bad knee, so walking all the way down the stairs felt never-ending and was quite challenging for her. However, I was genuinely impressed by how professionally the hotel handled the situation. The manager and staff were calm, reassuring, and extremely attentive. They provided us with bottled water and escorted guests to the neighbouring Fairmont Doha, where we were able to rest comfortably until everything was confirmed to be safe. Their quick response and excellent customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where we felt safe and well looked after.
