"The outside of the building and lobby area aren't fancy, but the room was very sufficient with a great cold air conditioner and good hot showers. The breakfast was very nice and well-maintained throughout the morning and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location for visiting Harper's Ferry historic sites and the AT."

"The bed and breakfast was so beautiful! We enjoyed the gazebo staring out at the gorgeous landscape. We relaxed on the patio while enjoying a few glasses of wine. "We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown...
