"Reception staff was very welcoming. She accidentally gave me the wrong room key but called me before I had brought all of my things in from the car and was very apologetic. The second room had an overwhelming floral scent. I checked at the front desk and was told that all of the rooms are sprayed with eucalyptus. "The room was tidy but there were a few incomplete projects in the bathroom. However it did not affect my stay. The breakfast had a variety and was well stocked. The staff at breakfast were very attentive and constantly restocking. Check-in and check-out were simple and fast. "

"Red roof inns can be hit or miss. But dog owners love them because of their pet policy. I have stayed at 100 Red Roof Inns. I can count the ones that I would stay again on one hand. This one was clean and had a comfy bed. The tv and toilet worked. And the staff was great! I always get nervous for my car in parking lots that have a lot of day and night activity. But you can request to park right in front of your room, and the area is well lit. I never felt unsafe."

"The only issue we found at the hotel was the restaurant. There were items out of stock on many of the menu items we wanted wanted to order. We wanted hot tea, but they had no teabags, so we ended up with hot lemon water!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable."

"I checked in and was assigned three different rooms, all of which were unsanitary. Towels were visibly dirty and brown, bedding had hair on it, surfaces had dried residue, and the toilet was unclean. The conditions were not safe or fit for occupancy. I left within minutes and did not stay. A manager verbally confirmed I would receive a full refund, but the hotel later refused to honor it and contradicted themselves when speaking to Expedia. The hotel and Expedia then passed responsibility back...

"This is my third or fourth time staying at this location. I have always been pleased but noticed in recent years it was in need of renovation. This time I was pleased to see they are in the process of renovating and I was placed in a newly renovated room. Breakfast was great, staff is very friendly and coffe is always available. "

"Older hotel but very well updated. Clean and everyone was friendly. We felt the parking fee was absurd since the hotel has its own private parking lot. Where else are we supposed to park? Not to mention, the lot is small so when it's busy, you have to park at an upper lot and walk down steep stairs. We we probably stay elsewhere next time because of this. "
