"This place was absolutely stunning!! The staff was so amazing and helpful. Their driver took us down for dinner at The Hunted Hog in town and it was so delicious. Our room was beautiful and so spacious. A complimentary bottle of wine was waiting upon our arrival. Would book this again and again and again!!! Unfortunately it was raining so we didn’t get to explore the grounds but from what I could see, that was also spectacular. "

The staff were friendly & helpful.the room was large, well equiped and spotless.(& warm) if we wanted to grumble the matress was too soft for us but really the breakfast chef deserves a gold medal.the dining room is lovely , buffet was great but the cooked breakfast was really wonderful.we'd been travelling for a month & had been subjected to some horrors so well done ! "We recently stayed at the lovely Blue Haven where we had a HUGE and charming room. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic…great soaking tub and toiletries. The staff could not have been nicer. The location could not have been better. Be sure not to miss the wonderful Bulman Pub in the next village on top of the hill."

"A surprising bit of luxury in a small guest house. We stayed at the Glen Quarter for one night at the start of a coastal tour, but now I kind of wish we'd booked two nights instead. Our stay fell on a Tuesday night in the off season, so I feel like we barely sampled the charms of Kinsale and now I want to come back for a longer stand (this happens A LOT in Ireland... Charming smaller towns feel so welcoming and familiar, but are eclipsed by the glamorous bigger cities). But back to the Glen...
