Enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains in your private hot tub! Pet friendly

  • Relax in the hot tub, sit in the rockers with your morning coffee, eat your meals at the kitchen table or sit in front of the fireplace, all while enjoying the amazing view! Our cabin has all the amenities of home away from home while enjoying the peace and beauty of the Western North Carolina mountains. We are just 20 minutes away from Bryson City and the Nantahala Outdoor Center where you can do some white water rafting and zip lining, We are 10 minutes from Tsali Recreation area, less than 30 min from the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park and less than 10 miles from Stecoah Gap on the Appalachian Tr. We are 20 min from Bryson City where you can ride the train through the mountains! The Blue Ridge Parkway can be accessed in Cherokee which is also less than 30 min away. Cataloochi ski area is in Maggie Valley about 45 min away. There is a book in the cabin with many suggestions for hiking, dining and more! Deep Creek in Bryson City is my favorite for hikers of many levels and has multiple waterfalls along the way. We are remote, so I recommend you get your groceries before you arrive at the cabin. I recommend Ingles in Bryson City and there is also an Ingles in Robbinsville. We are pet friendly! We charge a 60.00 one time pet fee for up to 2 pets. The front deck has a gate on it at one end and I provide a pet/baby gate for the other end of the deck. Check in time is 3:00 pm the day of your arrival and check out time is 10:00 am. I will always do my best to accommodate early check ins if possible. Due to this I cannot honor late checkouts.

    PLEASE READ REGARDING ROAD UP TO CABIN
    The road up to the cabin is steep and narrow but paved all the way up. The driveway is also steep and there is room for two cars. You do NOT need a four wheel drive. If you are driving a MOTORCYCLE or SPORTS CAR please contact me with any questions if you are unsure about being able to access the cabin. I do not recommend riding double on a motorcycle up the driveway. For comparative purposes, I do have family members who can ride up with no problem and I have a Miata that makes it up just fine. We are close to the famous Tail of the Dragon and welcome experienced bikers and sports car enthusiasts! NO TRAILERS allowed. If you have a trailer, let me know and I can help you find a safe place to leave it during your stay.

Check in was fast and easy. The cabin was absolutely lovely. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The hot tub was perfectly placed for the best view of the Smokey Mountains. Perfect location for hiking, rafting, zip lining or other outdoor activities. I highly recommend you stay here. Enjoy!!

Amazing getaway with amazing views!

Check in was very smooth, Nadine had excellent communication and was very friendly. The place has an absolutley amazing view especially the hot tub under the stars but also beautiful at both sunrise and sunset. The drive up is a little steep through the mountainside so be prepared for that but everything is paved. Overall the place was amazing, close enough to great restaurants and trails yet far enough away to be peaceful and serene. Would absolutely come back!

Beyond all expectations

My husband and I were looking for a quick overnight getaway in the mountains and we found the perfect retreat. It was everything it could be. There are no words to the view sitting in the hot tub. And Nadine was just as pleasant to work with them anybody I know. We will be back.

Absolutely spotless! The view is FANTASTIC! Hot tub clean and hot. Beds were very comfortable. The drive up to the cabin is a little scary at first. Very steep. But you get used to it after a while. Nadine is an exceptional hostess. We had a bit of car trouble and she was very helpful to us and even checked to be sure we made it back to the cabin. I recommend this cabin 100%. We loved it! Thank you, Nadine!

This is the sweetest cabin. It was clean, well-equipped, and has the beautiful mountain vistas that the posting promised. We would definitely stay here again. Our host is an excellent communicator and made sure we had all of the information we needed to enjoy and enhance our stay. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway!We had the most wonderful honeymoon at this cabin. The place was absolutely amazing — cozy, comfortable, clean, equipped with all the amenities we could’ve asked for — and even more beautiful in person. Our fur baby was welcomed, which meant so much to us.The hot tub was perfect, and the view… absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the mountains every morning felt surreal.The owner Nadine was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. For everything this place offers, the price is amazing.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. We would 100% come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a beautiful mountain escape.Thank you!

Beautiful little mountain cabin

We really enjoyed our short stay at the cabin despite the rain. We are looking forward to returning to enjoy the hot tub and deck with a view. We had decided to entertain friends in the area for dinner the night we were there. We had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We’ll be back.
