"The room was nothing like what was shown in the photos. The bathtub was filthy, and the door did not close properly, which made me feel unsafe. The room was clearly not fit to be rented without first replacing or fully renovating the bathroom and completing the necessary maintenance. On top of that, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff was unhelpful and showed no concern about the serious condition of the room. This place is absolutely not worth the money,...

All through our trip the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the Metro station. "We we there for the 4th of July Celebration and it was wonderful. Staff was great and answered all our needs in a very professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel as it close to everything. They do have a valet service that is great. I would recommend that they do more to disclose the parking fees. They are a bit high. Also I think it would benefit both hotel and restaurant to have better communication when big events are on the horizon. I would definitely stay here again....
