"El check in fue terrible. Me asignaron cuartos que aún no los limpiaban. Aunado a lo anterior me asignaron cuartos temporales que al final fueron permanentes ya que nunca se asignó los cuartos que pague. El desayuno muy limitado con poca variedad.
En cuanto a limpieza excelente, cuartos modernos y hotel bien ubicado"

"The place is worst than sleeping on a street literally, and the receptionist has no idea what he’s doing, he told me and someone else to share a room together because they expect another guests , even though we both paid for our rooms!!!
