"Friendly and helpful staff"

"When we checked in no one asked us for a security deposit for our dog. When I was checking out the front desk person was surprised that we did not leave a deposit. We are now in your Macon, GA. hotel and I told the person at the front I had a service dog . All she did was had me fill out a form & a small $25. refundable deposit Just thought you should know"

"Our experience was very different from what the reviews led us to expect. The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....

"Positives: -Amazing room! Remarkably clean!! Beds were PERFECT! Not too stiff, not too soft, just right!! Larger than any Double Queen I’ve ever stayed in. Very large and clean bathroom! Well appointed kitchenette! -Great gym!! Great selection of weightlifting equipment and cardio equipment, too! Very Clean!! -Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Negatives: -Water Softening system makes the water feel slimy. Should switch to a salt added water softening system. -Breakfasts were mediocre...

"The desk clerk at check-in was impolite and unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for information. The room was clean but rundown and the morning shower was cold. When I mentioned this to the morning desk clerk , she kindly explained it was an issue with the gas line service.."

"Staff was so helpful and kind with any and all accommodations. I ended up arriving early and they didn't bat an eye in letting us check in a little early and utilize their pool! We will absolutely be staying again!"

"The property is lovely; however, the noise from your neighbors can be heard. Like I am not sure what my upstairs neighbors were doing, but it was noisy, and it was late. Breakfast is ok, many selections."

"The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there."

"The room was clean to an extent. Water was cold for our one day stay. Was woken up at 3am by the noises in the storage room. we only needed it for a few hours due to a layover . Staff was very polite. It’s not so bad if you can overlook the appearance outside. But the water being cold was an absolute no for me ."

"Great location and the outside looked great. When we checked in was told that the elevator was broken. My husband is disabled and there were no rooms available on the 1st floor. He had difficulties climbing the stairs. When we got to the room there was a strong musty moldy smell. I’m assuming it was coming from the leak that was under the sink in the bathroom. When we reported it they did send someone right away to repair it. The coffee maker did not work and my husband is an all day coffee...
