Cozy Scandi Boho Getaway with Massage Chair and BBQ

Our home offers an open layout that provides a nice setting for entertaining and gathering. As you enter, you walk into a sprawling living room which then flows into a large dining area and the kitchen. Our spacious backyard is a perfect space to enjoy the SoCal sunny weather.

Lots of love was put into this beautiful home as we have been carefully designed to assure the comfort of your stay. We hope you will adore and care for this home as much as we do.

***HOUSE RULES***
- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Checkout: 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with smart lock
- We do charge an extra guest fee of $35 per guest per night after the fourth guest (this will apply automatically from Airbnb)
- No smoking anywhere on the property. Neither cannabis nor cigarettes are allowed. VIOLATION OF THE SMOKING RULES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE CLEANING CHARGE OF $300.
- Quiet Hours 8 PM - 8 AM.
- No access to the garage.
- No shoes in the house
- Guests visiting are not allowed. Unauthorized Guests visiting or staying overnight (adults and children) will be charged $35 per guest/per day AND will need all the extra guests to leave immediately in order to keep the reservation.
- Unauthorized pets (including service animals) visiting or staying overnight will be charged $75 per pet/per day.
-The groundskeeper comes one time per week on Thursday to maintain the front yard.
- Please let us know if anything breaks in the house.
- Tampering with our security system will result in immediate termination of your reservation.
- Checkout after 10 AM will potentially result in an automatic charge for the next night.

PETS!
$35 per pet per night will be manually added (NOT INCLUDED in your nightly rate), please let us know how many pets you have before booking.
- Please not allow them to be on furniture or beds.
- Be very conscious of their barking outside, since noise travels far!
- Pick up all poop!
- Never leave them unattended inside or outside.

CHECK OUT TIME!
- Throw all trash out.
- Wash dishes.
- Empty the refrigerator.

***HEALTH & SAFETY***
- Security camera/recording device — “We have two cameras facing the front porch, one camera facing the garage, and one noise monitoring device in the entryway near the living room.”
- Please keep all the doors and windows all the time to avoid any uninvited animals or insects coming into the house.

Great 2 Day

The place was clean, as described. There's a grocery store, pharmacy and fast food eateries less than a mile away. We were celebrating a friend so we spent very little time there and didn't get to use the massage chair. We slept well and the space was perfect.

We booked this for 2 nephews and their wives so they could attend our daughter’s wedding. Super conscientious couples, not partiers, so I felt good about having them stay there. It was perfect for them and perfect for us to be able to have them close by

This house was perfect for my daughter and I to stay at during a local soccer tournament!! It was clean and spacious. The massage chair was unmatched for my daughter’s sore legs!! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nicely renovated, massage chair a bonus!

The home was clean, nicely renovated, and well appointed. We were not able to get in using the code provided and waited an hour to receive a new code. VRBO customer service was great in helping us reach the owner. We also expected a pull-out futon in the living room as an extra bed, according to the description provided, but it was just a normal sectional sofa and there were no extra sheets and blankets provided. After checking with the owner, they sent over a rollaway bed and bedding. Just a warning if you are expecting 4 beds to ask in advance for that. We loved the massage chair - a fun bonus! Location is close to groceries and some restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with the exception of neighborhood dog, which we only heard about once a day.

Comfy Place for a Group

We had a great time in this newly renovated house. It comfortably slept 5 adults (2 couples and a friend). Our bedroom had a very nice memory foam mattress with an attached updated bathroom. The living room and kitchen I was a big room that was perfect for hanging out and watching tv as a group and the backyard was very nice for lounging in the morning. Our favorite part of the house was the massage chair. Each person went to use the chair as soon as they woke up and before bed. The smart lock made it really easy to come and go as well as check in and check out.

Exquisite rental

Newly renovated home, impeccably furnished and decorated. Massage chair was a HUGE bonus for our kids after their water polo games. Cereal, oatmeal, soy milk all provided were a nice surprise. Very quiet cul de sac neighborhood. We plan to stay there again.
