"The staff because VERY AGRESSIVE with me after I told them I found a roach in my room. I have videos of when I was alive, when I killed it and left in on top of the sink. I let the staff know and one of them because VERY aggressive with me saying that I wanted a free room when I had already checked out AND PAYED IN FULL for my room. I never asked for a type of compensation or anything but he started screaming at me and telling me I brought the roach with me. UNACCEPTABLE "

La atencion es buena y estan cerca de varias opciones para comer aparte del restaurante dentro de las instalaciones."

"It was our first time here and we really loved it! Staff is great, all of them kind and friendly. The room was impeccable. It was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast there. 100% recommended. I think we found our place to stay when we visit Eau Claire 😊"
