"Such a beautiful gem! The manager was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were cosy, and the food was absolutely amazing- one of the main reasons we chose this place, and it truly lived up to our expectations. Just a small heads-up: the rooms didn’t come with toiletries, so make sure to bring your own. Would definitely recommend! So glad we stayed here. "

"From start to end, it was an extraordinary experience to stay at the Taru Villas Maia. Most friendly service, wonderful room, lovely pool area. Loved the good coffee and tea (and fresh milk!) in the room, very comfortable bedding and the big shower. Food (breakfast & dinner) was also outstanding. We mostly had Sri Lankan dishes and loved it. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Would return immediately!🙂"

The bungalow rooms are very simple, with a/cand shower, clean an comfortable and cooectly priced. There is very good food served for breakfast and evening meals if you want them. "Spent two nights, 3 days at this property recently while touring around at Pinnawela, Sigiriya, Dambulla and Minneriya. Great location to visit all those sites. Excellent service with a smile. Buffets were plentiful and delicious, great variety. Pool was so relaxing and lush gardens that were well kept really felt like paradise.
