"Staff is very friendly. I came last year and they remembered me and got us a room that could accommodate my father which is in a wheelchair. They moved the people out that wasn’t handicap and helped make it more accommodating for us."

"I had an excellent stay. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. Very convenient location. 24 coffee and water available. Very nice and eclectic decorations throughout the hotel. 24 hr front desk. Extra thick doors keep noise out. Mini fridge. Coffee maker in room. I hope to come back. 5 stars"

"It’s my second time staying at JOJO TLV. Very clean and modern “city house" hotel. It’s one floor of an apartment building with a number of rooms, a lobby area and a terrace. The lobby area has some basics, including a microwave, Nespresso machine, kitchenware and a refrigerator. What is nice is that you can check in any time with a code, so good for flights arriving at midnight/early morning. Staff are very helpful with storing luggage after check out. "I needed to change my reservation due to Shabbat and no transport. Daniel, Jacob and Yali were great in getting the info and helped me change my booking and getting a refund. It took a while to get through to Expedia but James an Expedia agent was great and I got the refund. Thanks everyone you really helped me alot. "

"Lily & Bloom was an excellent introduction to the wonder that is Israel. I felt completely safe there and in exploring the surrounding areas. The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. I appreciate how clean, well-maintained and open the hotel was. I felt so pampered, from the bed linens down to the shower products. The breakfast that was included was delicious.
