"Modern design, staff is courteous. It has the potential to do a lot better. Cleanliness needs improvement, there was hair on the floor and bedsheets had stains. One of the pillows were torn. No hairdryer in the entire hotel, bottled water not supplied in rooms. Shower temperature and pressure is ok but water splashes out of shower area to the rest of the bathroom. "I am not sure how this hotel has such high rating. For the 60 € per night I would expect at least clean bedding. Generally it was not clean. The staff was really helpful. The location is not amazing - far from Laxman Jhula, 15-20 min walk from Ram Jhula. Generally way too expensive for what it offers."

"I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...
