VERY clean room and super nice host

Host was super nice and accommodating. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Had a place to hold the boat w/ suspenders that worked well keeping it from hitting the dock and bulkhead. Parking space was plentiful to park the trailer and truck.

Our stay at Audubon Suite Studio on the Arroyo River proved to be a nice surprise with so many times that we thought this is perfect for us. Relaxing, comfortable, clean, scenic and accommodating. The host made sure we had everything and answered all questions. Thank you!

Great Place to Relax

A great spot to relax and leave your worries behind; Beautiful view of the Arroyo Colorado, a front row seat to enjoy nature. The fishing is pretty good too. The owner is friendly and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful place.

Owner was very nice.

The owner has a big heart and has rescue dogs that woke us up each morning at 3:00-4:00 am. This is our only issue we had with the property.

We recently spent our vacation at River's Edge. 100% will return. Terri was the best hostess! The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable, the environment was tranquil and relaxing and the location was conveniently located near the Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge and within driving distance to South Padre Island and Brownsville wildlife spots.

Great Place for your Money

Great place for your Money, Nice Pier for morning and night fishing. Hostess was very nice and helpful with everything, Don't have to pack as much since property has a lot of things on hand. Will be back again for to this place. Great place for some quality time for 2.

Anniversary fun

What an amazing weekend. This is a beautiful property with an amazing host. The suite was cozy and clean and had everything we needed to make this weekend a dream. The private pier was what we needed for a fun filled fishing trip. The fish were biting!!

We loved this quaint, cozy and tranquil property!

Terri is such a sweetheart and provides an absolutely wonderful experience from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave! She gives a remarkable world class host experience to match her beautifull property and detailed amenities. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property!!!

Amazing property and host!

Awesome property and host! Very comfortable, clean, modern, and very well equipped. Got to spend some quality time with my Dad and caught tons of fish under the lights. Host went above and beyond making us feel welcome and comfortable. Already booked another stay for next year 👍

Great place to stay if you like to fish.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very simple but very clean and with a lot of thoughtful touches. The owner lives on site and was very welcoming. When I arrived I had a tasty chicken salad sandwich and brownies waiting for me. That was awesome. The room has a nice microwave but no stove top/oven. Not a big deal to me. If you like to fish you will love this area. There are endless areas to fish and explore by boat. Or you can sit on the dock and fish. I caught fish right off the dock at night under the lights. I will try to stay here again on my next trip to Arroyo City. Marc

Great place to escape and relax.

We were looking for a nice, quiet place on the water to relax and watch all the birds. Staying on the Arroyo River turned out to be the perfect spot to go and the Audubon Suite was the perfect to stay. Every evening we walked down to the nice pier in front of the suite and enjoyed watching the birds flying by and the fish popping out of the water. What a wonderful, peaceful experience. The suite we stayed in was very comfortable and provided us with everything we needed for the days and nights we were there.
