The space
These are two duplex penthouses with a large terrace ideal for parties and celebrations. They are side-by-side and independent apartments (NOT INTERCONNECTED), each with its own characteristics, and the price refers to both penthouses together.
Penthouse 01 has a complete American-style kitchen, living room, guest bathroom with electric shower, dining room with a 2.70-meter sofa bed (the size of a double bed), Smart TV, and dining table. This space transforms into a bedroom with a sliding door and also has access to the balcony. It also has a complete suite with a private bathroom. The terrace has an incredible view of the sea and mountains with a wonderful sunset. The terrace has a charcoal grill, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, sink, bathroom, lunch and dinner table, sun lounger, and shower. Everything you need to have the best moments outdoors.
In Penthouse 02, the difference is that it has 2 complete suites, 1 double sofa bed and a terrace with charcoal barbecue, sink, counter for meals, table, chairs, sun lounger, shower and bathroom.
All rooms in both have air conditioning. The exclusive garage accommodates 2 large cars. Both have fast Wi-Fi connection, refrigerator, washer and dryer, wardrobe, Smart TV with internet access. All suites have king-size beds.

Guest access
The apartments are independent, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for everyone. Both have a full terrace and the covered garage accommodates 2 large cars. Other observations: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smokers must use the balcony and terrace. If you are bringing a pet, please inform us in advance and indicate the number of pets when making the reservation. It is not permitted to bring more people than indicated in the reservation for overnight stays.
