Ideal for romantic breaks, family getaways or special occasions, the property comfortably accommodates 6 guests plus an infant and includes a private games room/gym, a large enclosed garden, an above-ground plunge pool, and a Lazy Spa hot tub.

With direct access to open forest trails and wild ponies roaming freely outside the gate, it offers a magical setting for walking, cycling, or simply unwinding.

Whether you’re soaking in the lazy spa hot tub, relaxing by the fire pit, or playing games with the kids, you’ll enjoy a stay to remember.

A Home to Relax and Unwind
The cosy living room has two leather sofas, a 55” smart TV (new 2025), electric wood-burner-style heater and radiators. The dining area seats six. Upstairs, the main bedroom includes a double bed and two singles, the second has two singles and a travel cot. Towels and bedding are provided, with themed bedding available for children.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower (big enough for two), quality toiletries, toilet roll and a first aid kit.

The current kitchen is compact but well-equipped with:

A fully fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine will be added in late 2025. Until then, laundry can be done on request using facilities in the host’s home.

- Hot tub: £25 first night, £15/night after – must be pre-booked
- Pets: £25 per dog, max 2 per stay
- Babysitting: £8/hour (host is DBS checked)

Booking Policy
- Full payment due 30 days before arrival
- If payment fails, guests must resolve within 24 hours
- Card fees (up to 3%) are non-refundable if cancelled
- No advance damage deposit, but up to £200 may be charged for damage

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival
Please be respectful of the quiet and peaceful area and keep noise down.

Shoes are allowed but please wipe feet thoroughly.

We are happy to host small private weddings which we intend to specialise in and birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions that are celebrated in a quiet manner but the property is not suitable for loud parties.

Please leave the property generally clean and tidy as you find it, although we will obviously have the property professionally cleaned up don your departure ready for the next guests.

Report any breakages.

The use of the games room/gym is at your own risk.
