"Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on."

"Lovely room, with a beautiful view. The added binoculars to watch shipping was a great touch. There were some problems around check-in (not Bon Ami's fault) and Nicci was fantastic in sorting them out (do contact them direct if you haven't heard back from them via Expedia). On street parking can be tricky. There is a car park nearby, but you will probably have to pay unless you're in and out between 8pm-8am. "Immaculate room, very comfortable. Excellent bathroom - good shower, good towels, shower gel provided. Wifi worked fine - no problem connecting and good speed. "Well we have really enjoyed our stay here at The Wherry Hotel. Check in was easy, our room overlooked the water and was very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, toiletries, fans and a radio all included.
