Lakefront small town getaway!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short trip outside of town. Relax in an indoor hot tub over looking Lake Bistineau. There is a public boat launch within 1 min drive and dock at the house to tie boats off. 3 Fishing poles will be available for guest to use on the dock. The lake is excellent for Largemouth bass, Blue catfish, Freshwater drum, Channel catfish, Flathead catfish, Black crappie, White crappie and others. Fire pit in back yard along with grill to BBQ!

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens. There is also a pull out queen in the living room making for a total of 4 beds. The back living room/game room overlooks the lake with large windows full length of the room. The hot tub room is also in the back of the house facing the lake. The backyard (lakeside) has a dock for fishing and an attached floating dock for boats. The public launch is a 1 minute drive around the corner. You can launch there and leave boat tied to the dock. There is plenty of parking which will also accommodate a few trucks with boat trailers.

The entire property is accessible.

Best way to reach me will be by phone. If you need anything don’t hesitate to text/call.

The lake starts getting drawn down the end of July (Gates to open August 11th 2025) and the gates get shut again in February to allow to refill with rainfall. Usually it takes until end of July/ mid August for the water in front of the house to be gone. The pear trees on the property start to ripen in June/July. Feel free to eat as many as you’d like.

Perfect Peace

This property was one of my all-time favorites! We loved everything it had to offer! It was a peaceful place that was perfectly located for what we intended to do. It was far enough away from the city that we could enjoy the quietness, but close enough that we didn't have to travel far for great dining and some city action! The interior and exterior of the house are both beautiful. The surroundings are serene, and the size of it was perfect for a family gathering. We fished from the dock in the backyard. We enjoyed all the amenities of the house. It was very clean with towels that were fluffy and beds that I wish I could have taken home with me! Cody was amazing, if we had a question or a need, he was responsive right away. All I can say is, “WE WILL BE VISITING THIS PEACEFUL HAVEN AGAIN!

Amazing getaway

This house was perfect! Tucked away in the woods for privacy and relaxation, yet close enough to enjoy the amenities of surrounding cities. Host was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will be back!
