Cima de la montaña Villa con espectacular puesta del sol Vista del Caribe

Relajarse y sentir la serenidad que esta brisa 3.000 sq. Ft. Cima de la montaña casa privada tiene que ofrecer. Situado en la parte sur de Rincón, esta villa cálido y acogedor, tiene una espectacular vista de 360 ​​grados del mar Caribe. Al este se encuentra la continuación de la pequeña cordillera tropical exuberante en el que reside nuestra villa, y al oeste se encuentra el Mar Caribe, con la isla de Desecheo en una clara visibilidad.

De pie en dos niveles de grandes balcones y 1.500 sq. Ft. De terrazas y disfrutar del aroma del aire limpio de la montaña mientras se escucha el canto de las ranas Coqui o el sonido de la lluvia golpeando las hojas de los árboles de plátano. Ver la salida del sol sobre las montañas por la mañana, relajarse bajo el sol en nuestra terraza abierta durante el día, ver la puesta de sol sobre el océano en la noche, y mirar hacia arriba para ver las mejores vistas del cielo nocturno que Rincón tiene ofrecer.

La planta principal de la casa es espaciosa y ventoso. Abrir las ventanas y dejar que los vientos barren suavemente a través. El océano puede ser vista desde la sala de estar, comedor, cocina. servicio de Internet Wi-Fi y una televisión de 52 "pantalla plana en la sala de estar. Cuarto de baño completo y dormitorio con cama de matrimonio también se encuentran en esta planta. Bajar las escaleras bellamente adornadas en la planta baja, donde dos dormitorios, cada uno con camas de matrimonio y sus propias camas de día (dos camas), residen. Las camas de matrimonio son en una plataforma con incrustaciones de modo que el cliente puede ver el mar mientras descansa en la cama a través de puertas francesas. Cuarto de baño completo, con vistas, en la ducha, también está en este piso. Terraza es accesible desde los dos dormitorios.

Nuestra villa se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche de las playas, restaurantes y bares, y está situado en un barrio seguro. Los aeropuertos cercanos y ciudades importantes son Aquadilla (30 minutos), Mayagüez (20 minutos) Ponce (1 hora) y San Juan (2 horas). La ciudad de Mayagüez y todo lo que tiene que ofrecer está cerca. Surf y buceo playas están a 10 minutos en coche. Excelente recepción del teléfono celular.

Absolutely breathtaking!! The balcony view was incredible! Everything was just as described it would be and so much more. The host, Popo, was excellent and so attentive to our every need. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to taste a little but of the island. The owner was very attentive and ensured everything was to our liking and going well. We honestly could not have asked for more. This airb&b far exceeded our expectations. The home was welcoming, beautiful, and unique with its gorgeous decor and wall paintings. This house was absolutely stunning! Maria and popo are the absolute best and so easy to get ahold of! The house is on the mountain so beautiful views. the drive up to the house is about 8minutes from down town. The drive is kind of difficult and can be scary! But after a few times driving it, it got much easier! But 100% worth it!

My husband, 2 adults daughters and I had an amazing experience staying in here with spectacular view of sea, watching sunset from the balcony, sounds of nature in the morning, our favorite time..The kitchen well stocked with every we needed. The rides up the hill add to the fun you will have at this beautiful house.The owner one of the best host we have met, was kind, helpful, and wanted to make sure our stay as comfortable as possible. If I could give more than five stars, I would

My wife, adult children and their significant others spent 6 wonderful nights at this lovely property. The house is magnificent and beautifully maintained. We didn't spend the first night eating off the floors, but we absolutely could have. The home has an incredible view for perfect sunsets. We saw whales from the beautiful deck! There is a nice hot tub that the "kids" loved. There are lots of well-maintained lounge chairs from which to enjoy the outdoors. They also have a very nice outside dining table that sits a lot and has a ceiling fan. The home is about a 15 minute drive from town, depending on who is driving. We did not want to be in town with the partying and noise and all that goes with it. This property is absolutely perfect for those that want to go to the beach, or west PR's many beautiful attractions but also want a quiet night's sleep. There are simply too many nice touches to list here. Everything from coolers and beach chairs to lots of towels and so much more. Not only was this easily the most value I got for my money in Puerto Rico but a bunch, but I cannot think of ever getting more for my money anywhere in my many years on this planet. This may be a little self-defeating in that we will be back, but if the owner is leaving a lot of money on the table. There are no two nicer people on the planet than the owner and the property manager. The kindness they showed will not be forgotten. They treated me like family. Stay here!!!

We will be back!

The ride up to the property, like all drives in the hills of Puerto Rico, could be a little tricky – but once you knew where you were going it was no big deal. The house was as advertised, the outdoor space especially was fantastic. The Hot Tub for cool plunges during the day or warm relaxing during the evening was perfect, and of course, the views – the unbelievable panoramic views of Rincon, and the ocean all the way from the north side Sandy Beach area down to Stella. The house was clean and well equipped. We spent a month, so we used the kitchen, grill and laundry many times. The owners were incredibly responsive to any questions as was Popo who brought us delicious bananas. Just sitting on the veranda watching the hawks, doves and other birds swoop around was a joy. You also get an occasional visit from a chicken, lizard or coqui, which kept our little dog very entertained. We will certainly be back, we already miss it.

Maria’s place is everything advertised and more. We loved looking out over the ocean from the lovely balcony patio, watching sunsets and parrots and lazing in the whirlpool. Maria was so responsive and helpful, texting with information during our stay. We will definitely be back! What a find!!

SPECTACULAR HOUSE AND VIEWS

We had an amazing stay, Marias villa was one of the most beautiful rentals we've stayed at! House was super clean and well equipped. The views from the verandas were breathtaking, we so enjoyed our morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains, so peaceful! The bed/bedding was super comfortable too and house was beautifully furnished. Loved the jacuzzi at night! Popo was awesome and very helpful and brought us avocados from the property. Definitely recommend this beautiful place, cant wait to return! Next time will stay longer!!

Rincón with a view

The mountain top house had a great view with a nice jacuzzi in the terrace. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave during our stay so the upper level of the house was hot. The ac unit in the master bedroom was outdated and did not cool the room enough. There is no ac unit in the living room. Fans were provided, but was still not able to keep the house cool upstairs. Home owner was made aware, but they did not check in on us again to make sure we were comfortable. The house was also in need of a deep clean of the kitchen cabinets, floor, and outdoor furniture. Overall the home was good and had a nice view, but has room for improvement.

Rincon Mountain View Villa

Property was exactly as described and was very nice. Huge patio/whirpool/bar area outside. Beautiful mosaics outside. Unfortunately PR was in the middle of extremely terrible heat wave and, even with a great breeze, it was unbearably hot in main house common areas. Bedroom ACs did decent job to make bedroom cool enough for sleeping. Maria was very responsive host and Popo was very nice with any issues that came up.

GORGEOUS!! The manager is so kind and has great communication. It's a trek up a hill and the roads are a bit crazy however once up there it is so beautiful! The home is big and spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! Will come back again!

Fantastic View/Location!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this property. If you're not familiar with the typical mountain roads in Puerto Rico, it can be a little intimidating. Rest assured that once you reach the house, you won't be disappointed! Also, the owner and maintenance were very cordial and attentive to any of our needs - although all of our needs were met on the front end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

Incredible views

We vacationed in Puerto Rico for 3 weeks and stayed at numerous different types of properties (resorts, houses, bed and breakfasts, etc). This home was by far our favorite. It’s a beautiful drive through the mountains with an incredible view from both balconies. We decided to stay in for dinner most nights while here so we could enjoy the jacuzzi and gorgeous sunsets. Home was clean and spacious. The groundskeeper, Popo was also beyond kind and hospitable. He provided the warmest welcome and even brought bananas during our stay. Highly recommend!

The house and property are beautiful, and the view is amazing. Short drive to the town and beach. Highly recommended. One note: those unfamiliar or uncomfortable with "mountain driving" may be put off by the narrow road, inclines, and hairpin turns. We did find a slightly longer route to/from town that allowed us to avoid the sharpest turn.
