Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Hawaiian stone inspired design created by the owner. Fire brick pizza oven, an incredible outside chill area with a fire pit and a top notch pool to cool off in with a pina colada.
Whale watching, best surf spots and the best deep sea fishing and diving on the island. Views from the house of the tropics and the ocean are spectacular.
It's had to find any where any better.
We are 100 miles west of of San Juan and very close to paradise...
Outstanding selection of bars and restaurants.

This place was amazing!!!! Way better than expected. Everyone who stopped by to check it out was floored by the property. Not that vacationing is a competition. But if it was. We won the rental portion for sure. Best place ive ever stayed. Santos was awesome!

We stayed over a weekend for my mom’s birthday. The property looks even better in person. We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and spent the evenings drinking wine by the pool. The house is spacious with plenty of seating areas. I really enjoyed the spa bathroom. Beds are comfy, kitchen is big, and views are beautiful from every angle. The communication with the host was great. Definitely staying again sometime soon.

Stone Villa is a persona paradise.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The stone work and hardwood doors and windows make for a very unique experience. The patio area and private pool are all so beautiful. I really want to book an extended stay for 3 or 4 weeks. Hoping I can find a way to make it happen.

Beautiful place

The four of us stayed five nights. Beautiful view of the ocean in the distance -- close enough to see the splash of whales traveling along the coast. We also saw iguanas perched in the trees below the house, and an assortment of birds.As is typical in PR, neighborhoods have an assortment of homes, some new and priced up to 2M, and others needing some love. This home is a hidden gem, crafted of stone and separated from the street by a wall and and rooftop garden. Quiet at night, other than the jungle sounds. We pretty much lived on the veranda, which has a hammock, comfortable chairs and nice views. By mid-day we'd be float in the private pool before heading out for a late lunch.We hope to visit again.

Beautiful, but I must be honest...

The home is stunning and very different from anywhere we have ever rented. It features a unique combination of stone and concrete, with tile and timber beams on the ceiling.I'd like to share my honest assessment of the pros and cons of our stay, keeping in mind that we previously rented a home with a pool in Rincon, Puerto Rico, for seven people without encountering these issues.Pros:Stunning homeBeautiful viewsSmall cooling poolAir conditioning in the bedrooms (only)Communication with the host was excellent. The host family lives on the first floor of the home and they were responsive and very helpful as we checked in late and had to call after 10 p.m. The host guided us through the process very nicely. The host came by in person multiple days to make sure our we were okay and answered our questions. Cons:There were bugs (water bugs/cockroaches) in the bathroom and around the home.We needed to fill the pool with water almost every day; we had not been asked to perform this task before in our other rentals.The condition of some kitchen items was lacking. The drying rack for dishes was broken, utensils were damaged and in need of replacement, and only one dishcloth and dishtowel were provided, which meant regular laundering.The eight-minute walk to Sandy Beach in the original description, was a very a steep walk, and for health reasons not feasible. A rental car was required.This home is lovely, but its description did not match our expectation. Best wishes

Just Amazing!!

We stayed seven nights in this beautiful villa. The Villa and views of the surrounding landscape to the ocean are so much more amazing in person. The check in/out process couldn’t have been easier. Absolutely Amazing Oasis

This property is absolutely amazing and magical! There’s almost no way to fully describe just how beautiful the property is! The landscaping is beautifully done and provides the renter with tons of fruit trees and a totally tranquil living space. The house was clean and the perfect size for us. The bedrooms were cool but the other parts of the house were a little warm. There’s always a breeze, so we could have opened the windows to let in some fresh air. We spent 99% of our time outdoors anyway. Kalea was very accommodating and they provided us with total privacy. I absolutely loved this property and Rincón!!! I would love to come back one day.

This villa is amazing. Absolutely awesome! We loved every minute of our 6 night stay. Kalea and Santos made it such an enjoyable experience. Even when the A/C crapped out in our bedroom, they had it fixed immedietely, plus there are tons of fans to keep the air moving. Such an awe-inspiring amount of love and work went into the building of this structure. Santos, take a bow sir. I am saving my pennies and counting the days until I am back in that hammock on the front porch!!

Stunning home

This home is even better than it seems in the pictures. It is beautiful, spacious and sparkling clean. The outdoor area is gorgeous with a lovely view of the ocean. The host is easy to communicate with and very responsive. This is one of the loveliest rental homes we have stayed in. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! Wow. Pictures don’t do it justice—incredible place

Palatial accommodations, incredible stonework, wonderful views, comfy beds, usable kitchen, immediate and clear communication with helpful hosts and reps. Fresh fruit! This place is unique. Close enough to walk to Sandy Beach but high enough for fresh breezes. We love Rincón and we will definitely come back to this house. Thanks!

Tranquility and spacious getaway

A great spot to call home for a restorative week away with friends. Beautiful views of the water, and sounds of wildlife; Puntas Stone Villas had all necessities for a comfortable stay.
