We definitely recommend this property. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little outdated, but everything was clean. Instructions to get inside the property were easy to follow. We loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The location is close to town, grocery stores, and restaurants. The view of the sunset was spectacular. We had a little hiccup with communication when an issue arose, but it was eventually resolved satisfactory.

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Some updates are needed to overcome how close it is to the water. The view is beautiful and you can watch the sunset from the porch or dining room. The air conditioning works great, a bit loud in the bedrooms (like hotel air conditioning). Overall, this home met all our needs.

Excellent location, great value, could use upgrades

Overall, this was a fantastic steal of a deal for our family of five! You cannot get a better view and feel than this - the condo directly faces the ocean, so you see and hear and feel it all: the sunsets, the waves, the breeze. There is a very nice little beach (a hidden gem!) a very short walk away - we loved spending evenings there. As for the condo itself, it can definitely use some upgrades. One thing we wish the condo offered freely is a washer/dryer since beach trips require daily laundry, especially if you are with kids. The property manager was absolutely fantastic in her communication - she was very responsive and addressed our questions almost immediately. I wish the listing had more photos so we could have a better understanding of what to expect. The condo offered linens and bath towels (I dont take this for granted), and there were some beach towels but not enough for our group, so I'm glad we brought our own. The area is nice, with fast food and grocery stores nearby. Our favorite place to eat was Cafe 43 downtown - their croissants are to die for! Rincon Surf School is THE place to get surfing lessons (we tried a few surf instructors and RSS is definitely the best!). Finally, if we are to come to Rincon again, we would definitely consider this very condo again.

Sisters time!!

A wonderful place to stay! Very clean and surprising big for a two bedroom! Great location and excellent view of the beach right next to it!! Secure and next to everything!! Love to walk the neighborhood and two great quiet beaches within walking distance.

Cute property

A cute older property with views that are calming. Some up dating of kitchen supplies are needed. Needs are comfortable, A/C works great. Beach access is about 5 minute walk and very private and walk is serene.

April Weekend Getaway

The condo is in a great spot. Fantastic views. Communication with the property manager was not the best. The area had power outages which affected the lights and water on different days. The condo had only one battery powered candle. There were two other candles with no batteries. Two flashlights with no batteries. It took a while for the PM to get back to us. She eventually brought some batteries for the candles but that did not get them to function either. The master shower shower was low pressure. The location was very good close to everything.

Started good but ....... :-(

This apartment has a breathtaking view and you can't get any closer to the water. The place is very well decorated and quite equipped, but many things are already broken and need maintenance. That being said, it is absolutely necessary that if you stay here you have to take pictures of everything that is broken or else you will end up paying an astronomical price for it. That was my mistake and I ended up paying $50 for a flat sheet that was in a very bad condition and already ripped so when I used it it ripped even more. Not having evidence, they claimed that it was not like that and they kept 1/3 of my deposit. I strongly suggest that you make sure to take pictures of everything so they will not be able to blame you for anything unless you actually break something. In addition, the host will not care to answer your messages if is something she does not want to hear because she already took your money... Very unfortunate that what could have been the best experience turned into a total disappointing experience.

Amazing sunset, property very clean and plenty of room for family. We liked that property had two restrooms, AC , full kitchen, security gates and entry door. Nicely furnished. The host was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We were in town for a family reunion and the location to restaurant, bakery, stores, gas, beach, attractions, etc where conveniently close. We enjoyed our stay in this home and made great memories. We hope to be back soon in a near future.

Overall it is a nice place. Very clean and new. The neighborhood is quiet. So, you are only a few minutes from Rincon and you don't have to deal with any partiers. It is weird that the windows have shutters but no glass. I thought the sound of the ocean was loud! It isn't a big deal, the AC can keep up and make it comfortable. One of the mattresses was so hard and firm I think it was actually a box spring. I always said I enjoy a firm mattress - I got my wish! The outside of the property is undergoing renovation. We didn't care because we wanted a nice place to stay after the beaches in Rincon. The location is great. You can't be any closer to the water without being on a boat. We enjoyed our stay.
