We rent an elegant apartment of 85 square meters in a newly completed condominium. The property is located a few steps from the beach of Viserba, a quiet town in the fraction of Rimini with some of the longest beaches on the Riviera.
The apartment is furnished in modern style with strong and essential lines, perfect for friends and families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday without giving up the convenience of feeling at home
House characteristics:
- Fully air-conditioned with the latest generation ceiling cooling system
- unlimited free Wi-Fi
- 2 double bedrooms with third bed option
- 1 Single room with second bed option
- 2 Bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower cubicle. Hair dryer included.
- Living (sofa + TV 40 inches) with kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher, dishes and crockery.
- Large balcony that completely surrounds the structure
In addition, at no additional cost, it is included:
- large garage with 2 parking spaces
- laundry room (with washing machine, iron and table, drying rack)
- bed linen and blankets
In addition, the structure is equipped with a large elevator that gives quick access to the apartment.
Rental conditions:
- Maximum 6 people
- For condominium rules we cannot rent to groups of boys and we do not accept animals

The house is located 3km from the new Rimini exhibition center and is therefore an ideal choice for those wishing to participate in the many events that take part in it throughout the year.
Also remember that Rimini is sea, but also much more! And the reasons for a holiday in Rimini certainly do not end with the summer! The historic center, the reopening of the 800's theater after over 70 years, the restored Fulgor cinema (inserted by the New York Times among the 52 must-see destinations of the year), the hinterland with its villages, castles and food and wine tours provide an excellent starting point for an "alternative" holiday in Rimini to the unmissable stop on the beach.

Eine sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in der Nähe des Strands, so das man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß hin laufen kann. Für das Auto gibt es eine geräumige Garage mit Waschmaschine unterhalb der Wohnung.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der tollen Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und modern ausgestattet genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Prima ist auch die große Garage im Haus die wir alleine nutzen konnten. Antonella ist eine sehr symphatische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist klasse, die Beschreibung entspricht komplett den Tatsachen.Toll war die große Garage mit direktem Zugang zur Wohnung (via Aufzug oder Treppe).Die Wohnung bietet modernsten und luxuriösen Standard (elektrische und verstellbare Rollos, große bodentiefe Fenster überall).Umlaufender Balkon, auf dem man je nach Wunsch immer einen Sonnen- oder Schattenplatz findet. Schön wären hier noch Liegestühle oder Sonnenliegen.Antonella ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin :-)Sehr ruhige Lage im Wohnviertel, aber nur ca. 3 - 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Garage war so groß, dass Auto ( VW Touran) mit Dachbox bequem Platz hatten. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich und es hat an nichts gefehlt.Die Gastgeberin Antonella war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Moderne Wohnung nahe am Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen, die Klimaanlage bei bei Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad wohntuend, der Strand, Restaurants und auch ein großer Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und sehr sauber und sie hat alles, was man für eine Woche als Familie braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die große moderne Garage, in der man auch ein hochwertiges Auto oder Liebhaberfahrzeug sicher untergestellt weiß. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Modern und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Grosse, moderne Wohnung mit umlaufendem Balkon, auf dem man zu jeder Tageszeit einen Schattenplatz findet. Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand mit zugehöriger Promenade. Dennoch liegt die Wohnung in zweiter Reihe, sodass man von dem lebhaften Treiben dort nicht behelligt wird. Grosser Supermarkt fussläufig 10 Minuten entfernt. Grosser Garagenstellplatz, auch mit Dachbox problemlos befahrbar. Gerade wenn man mit dem Auto die Umgebung erkunden will, ist die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Für fünf Personen wäre eventuell ein zusätzlicher Sessel angenehm. Aber alles in allem eine Top Wohnung, wie sie besser nicht zu finden sein wird. Sehr, sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles rundum perfekt

Als wir ankamen hat Antonella schon auf uns gewartet und uns empfangen. Sie hat uns alles in der Wohnung gut erklärt und hat sogar Kekse als Empfangsgeschenk hingestellt. Auch auf Fragen hat sie immer schnell geantwortet und sehr geduldig alles erklärt, als wir nochmal Rückfragen haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr schön eingerichtet, grundsätzlich war die Umgebung auch ruhig, lediglich am Wochenende war ein bisschen mehr los. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und auch der Checkout war aufgrund spontaner Änderung der Rückreise(mitten in der Nacht vor dem letzten Tag) total unkompliziert. Alles in allem total empfehlenswert.

Modern eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung mit riesiger Garage

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock. Sie ist sehr geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern (eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne), sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch sonst fehlt es in der Wohnung an nichts. Das WLAN ist schnell und stabil. Es gibt einen umlaufenden Balkon, auf dem sich eigentlich immer ein sonniges Plätzchen findet. Direkt im Haus befindet sich eine ebenerdige Einzelgarage, die so riesig ist, dass man beim Ein- und Ausladen alle Türen komplett öffnen kann, und der Länge nach würden wohl auch 2 Autos hineinpassen. Jeder, der Italien kennt, weiß, dass das wirklich selten ist, aber ich finde es sehr praktisch. Das Haus befindet sich maximal 150m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Man ist also direkt dort, wo man sein möchte. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Antonella ist eine sehr nette, aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Jede Nachricht wurde in kurzer Zeit sehr freundlich beantwortet, und sowohl bei Ankunfts- als auch Abreisezeit war Antonella sehr entgegenkommend. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir in der Wohnung mit einem großen Tablett mit köstlichem selbst gebackenem Gebäck empfangen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Antonella sehr genossen. Diese Wohnung kann ich daher sehr empfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub in einer perfekten Umgebung

Wir haben drei wundervolle Wochen in der Wohnung von Antonella verbracht. Super modern ist diese Wohnung und so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Antonella ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer sehr aufmerksam und bemühte sich immer, alles für die Gäste perfekt zu gestalten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder nach Viserba zu Antonella.

Visitors from USA and Sweden

The apartment is located 100 meter from the coast. It is close to grocery shops and other shops and restaurants. The beach is wide open for children and adults. There are places to visit along the coast and San Marino and other interesting towns like Urbino. With a big garage with room for two cars it is ideal for travel. The unit is loaded with towels and sheets, full kitchen utensils. Two bathrooms. Detergent for wash and kitchen wash and toilet paper for a good start. What more can you ask. We enjoyed the place very much. One thing we did not find. There were numerous channels on the TV, but no english speaking channels. However, this is a home and not a hotel. It is easy to see what is happening on the sports channels anyway. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung

Die Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern hält, was sie verspricht! Der Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr großzügig. Für das Auto steht eine geräumige Garage zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns unabgesprochen, ein Kinderbett aufgestellt. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder wählen!

Moderne, großzügige Wohnung mit großer Garage

Wir haben eine Woche in Viserba verbracht. Für den Strand war zu kalt, aber dank der günstigen Lage waren wir schnell an wunderschönen Orten wie Rimini, San Marino, Verrucchio, Ravenna. Ganz nah zur Wohnung ist ein MrPizza-Laden mit großer Auswahl. Ebenso gut erreichbar sind andere Läden sowie ein Conad-Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es gibt reichlich Handtücher. Alle Geräte sowie Dusche, Waschbecken etc funktionieren bestens. Antonella empfing uns trotz der späten Ankunft herzlich mit köstlichen, selbst gebackenen Plätzchen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gern wieder!
