"We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match the ratings at all. The property felt very worn down overall. There was visible wear and tear throughout the hotel, including the lobby furniture and the room furnishings.
One of the biggest disappointments was the gym. Nearly all of the cardio equipment was broken except for the weights, which was frustrating since access to a functional gym was important to us.

"The property is nice. We've stayed here before without issue. HOWEVER!!! If there is the slightest possibility that something will happen, such as a flight delay and you can't make it to check-in, your room will be canceled for the entirity of your stay and the hotel will bill you for all of it.
Not worth the risk!! There are too many nice hotels in the area to take the chance on LA Quinta!!"

We stayed at the Audubon Inn for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathroom was stocked well with plenty of towels, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. When we arrived, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell in the room that never really went away. The room was also very hot, and the air conditioner appeared extremely old and was unable to cool the room down properly during our stay.
