"Staff was excellent. Had to ask for towels each night we visited the pool & hot tub room. Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day. The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing"

"I've stayed here a number of times. It's an older property but the location and price made up for the outdated feel. But this time, no hot water was a deal breaker. On check in, I was informed to let the water run for "10 minutes or so. We're having issues." Colorado is on drought alert with mandatory water restrictions. Letting the water run for 20 minutes was awkward and was still too cold to shower. While not monumental, the coffee urn in the lobby had cold (guessing yesterday's)coffee in it...
