Cozy Full Rental Rural House, with traditional architecture of recent construction using noble materials such as wood, stone, clay, Arabic tiles to achieve spacious, comfortable and warm rooms as a result.

Located in the town of La Omañuela - municipality of Riello in the Omaña region -, just 45 km from León and at more than a thousand meters of altitude. Surrounded by extensive beech and oak forests make it an ideal place to rest and enjoy the natural environment without the need for long journeys.

The house is fully equipped for 2 people. It has heating and hot water.

The room with a double bed is with sloping ceilings and is equipped with rustic and functional furniture, with the possibility of putting a cot in the house upon request by the guests.

The house has a complete bathroom; with hydromassage column and hair dryer.

The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.

The living room also with sloping ceilings has a large and comfortable sofa as well as Tv, Cd and Dvd player and music equipment.

The terrace - viewpoint, which gives access to the house, allows us to enjoy a pleasant view of the roofs of the town, the river and the lush forest of beech and oak trees on the other side of the valley.

The house has a safe, first aid kit, iron and ironing board, numerous board games, tourist information on the main tourist resources in the area and reference books.

In the closest surroundings you will find the Selga de Ordás reservoir where you can practice fishing or ornithological tourism, Piedrasecha with the Calderones route, the regions of Laciana, Luna, Órbigo and Babia and a little further on El Faedo - beech forest centenary - or the famous Cuevas de Valporquero, the ski resort of Pajares or Leitariegos or even the wonderful beaches of Asturias just 50 minutes by car by motorway.

Riello - just 5 km from La Omañuela - is the most important town in the region next to La Magdalena at 15 km, with direct access to the Ap-66 motorway that runs from Asturias to León where it joins the A- 66 to Benavente and here with the A-6 motorway - communication axis that connects Madrid with La Coruña.

To get to the Aguas Frías Rural House and if you are traveling on the Ap-66 Highway, take the La Magdalena - La Robla exit to continue on the Le-493 road towards Riello / Murias de Paredes. At 10 km you will arrive at Pandorado and in this town you will take the detour to the left that marks La Omañuela.

If you prefer not to come by highway, from León you have to take the Cl-623 road towards Villablino and in La Magdalena take the Le-493 road towards Riello / Murias de Paredes. At 10 km you will arrive at Pandorado and in this town you will take the detour to the left that marks La Omañuela.

Once in La Omañuela, the Aguas Frías Rural House is located at the entrance of the town on the right hand side.
