Pillows a need replacing, absolutely shocking at how disgusting they were. the pillow cases exposed and the truth of the pillow itself and they have long passed their expiration date . Stained beyond belief. Horrible site ."

"Location by the Main was very good, easy walking to many attractions incliding the 'New Old Town. Room facilities are very good with aircon, convection heating, and well equipped kitchenette. Double glazing and blackout curtains made our stay quiet and comfortable for a couple. Service and staff were excellent. All requests were met willingly and promptly. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options plus personalised choices, cooked fresh. Onsite restaurant also very good with well presented genuine...

"The accommodations were perfect for a short stop over in Frankfurt. Close to the airport and easy to walk to the river, cathedral and shopping areas. There was a small elevator to get to the 4th floor which we were not expecting."

"The Doorman had a very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, air con and lovely balcony. Despite being in the city centre it was very quiet at night. The only issue, I was never sent access instructions and had to phone up! But I would definitely stay again. "

"I stayed at ipartments near Frankfurt Airport and was pleasantly surprised by the convenience and setup. The location is excellent — you can walk from the airport if you’re traveling light (I did), but honestly, an Uber is easier. There’s a Rewe supermarket right next door, which makes stocking up super convenient. Once you understand the self-check-in system, it’s smooth and efficient. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, including a fully functional kitchen, which is great...

"Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved. "

"A localização é muito boa pois está ao lado da estação de trem. porém como toda região central, a noite, vemos muitas pessoas na rua, consumindo bebidas e drogas... e o hotel está numa marquise onde pessoas de rua costumam se abrigar a noite. O acesso por senha pra entrar foi bem fácil, tem um mercado ao lado, o quarto é bem confortável. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Realmente atendeu nossas expectativas. A área é bem barulhenta e a noite toda ouvimos sirene de ambulância. "
