"We stayed here as a family of 4 and booked a suite. The master bedroom was upstairs along with the bathroom, but everything was very tight and small, which I guess can be expected in London. The hallway in the entrance was very tight to use so in reality, the square footage advertised is not accurate. They offer free coffee however they were always out of cup each time we went to get coffee in the lobby. We had to bring our own cups from our room, which was an inconvenience. "Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy."

"Great location, great space, good facilities. Quite a few things were working but only just; 2 of the fans, window locks, slide system for waste bin, bathroom latch to name but a few... we had a lovely stay but some maintenance required"

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough.
Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...
