The full basement boasts a treadmill, an audio and video-game corner with sofa, a table-tennis table and a children's play station. The study room on the top floor has a printer, a desk, computer hookup, a futon sofa and a rocking chair. This place is ideal for families and business groups, but not for parties. We reserve the right to cancel you anytime if we believe you are planning a party or a gathering of more than 12 people. We are not your budget-conscious solution of a gathering venue, this is a residential building, not a commercial building where you can book for a party or a gathering. Liabilities are on you if you do it anyway.
