Museum district. This is a historical apartment with 2 bedrooms 1 full bath with fully fended yard. Not only a great overnight space but also a comfortable long stay for those who wanting to explore the cities great food, breweries, parks, or family reunion. The house is in very quiet and ideal neighborhoods.

4 mins to Kroger and 5 mins to whole foods

6 mins to Byrd park and Maymont park.
It is beyond convenient for everything you need.

The Space:
The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 7people.
⭐Bedroom1: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv.
⭐Bedroom2: 1 queen bed+1 twin bed and a dedicated working desk with a smart TV.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Dinning room: The dining room has a large dinning space, which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐private patio :enjoy outdoor fresh air and family/friend time.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.

Great peaceful location

I was in Richmond to visit with family and stayed at '2A Gem'. Location was perfect, kitchen is well stocked (maybe could use a bit more silverware?) furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed the upper floor outside deck. Neighborhood is incredibly quiet and felt very safe. Plenty of parking. Could use some very minor extra cleaning in corners as well as finishing the cleaning of the recently painted door window trim (glass was still painted) Wish I would've had time to use the outside fire pit!

Mostly just fine.

Great location for us. Nice neighborhood. Was disappointed that the tv/wifi didn't work. We truly could have used this because we needed down time...... Hope it gets worked out. Could use more than one kitchen towel. Thanks

Great stay!

Loved the location! They were very prompt on fixing a small issue. I would have enjoyed regular cable tv versus streaming. We would stay again on our visits to Richmond.

Issues with walking my dog on the property

Indoors was great -- very clean, well-organized and stylish. Outdoors was a problem because I had my dog with me. There were shards of glass all over the ground in the fenced-in area and the side yard. I picked up as much of it as I could and left it on the roof of the area where firewood was stored; however, bottom line was that it was unsafe for my dog. Fortunately, the bnb is in a quaint neighborhood with plenty of sidewalk areas and it was possible to walk him off of the property. It would have been more convenient and less time-consuming if the glass shards hadn't been an issue. I'd be concerned about children too.
