"It was an amazing stay because originally i had a room booked for the Comfort inn and suites but they refused my room due to hotels.com not paying them so i canceled my booking with then and got transferred to Courtyard by Marriott and it was a better accommodation with better service. Very helpful and kind. Will book here again soon. Thank you "

"The Staff was Amazing!!! We Love Mon, He was Very Friendly & Always kept us Laughing. Definitely 5 Stars!!! You Rock Mon!! We Loved the Pool Also!! On a Serious Note ya’ll Really Should Look at Keeping the Pool open til 10 during Summer Months. We Truly enjoyed our Stays there & Will Definitely stay again. The Crawford’s "

"My stay at Margaritaville Casino was very nice and relaxing. The casino was 5 different restaurants so you really dont have to leave for anything. The riverwalk is in walking distance to the outlet store. Very convenient and great location. The casino is nit that big, but it had alot of slots and tables to play with. I will be back very soon. "

"I would like to give a personal shout out to the front desk staff Ro, she was such a delightful woman from the moment I approached the desk. She greeted me with open arms and was so helpful, she was attentive and made me feel valued. I truly appreciate it and will stay here again if and when I come back and visit Shreveport to see my friends. "

"Excellent service. Very nice lady working the front desk. She was very helpful. The condition of room 225: Freezer in refrigerator was over iced and unusable. Bathroom door was battered and broken, the lower slat of its frame dropping onto the floor. The bathtub ledge had cigarette burns (This was a non smoking room) The white sheets on the bed although clean had grayed stains streaking across its underside. So although the front of desk was excellent, the maintenance and housekeeping needs...

"Very comfortable bed. Very well appointed room and everything was in very good condition. The room was big but the bathroom was huge! In room coffee was good. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and the lady that handled our check in went above and beyond."
