"Room was fine, but a little run down. Water stain on the lower part of our drapes and a few broken or damaged pieces of furniture in the room. The biggest let down however was the closed pool due to rebalancing of chemicals with no notice. We only live a couple hours away so the pool was part of our reason for booking overnight with our two younger boys. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the children’s museum. We were just bummed out on the timing of pool maintenance."

"From the moment you arrive and look at the very cool structure that this old Cole bottling plant was and how it’s been transformed to a very cool and beautiful hotel. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The lobby has a pool table that seems to be used quite a lot by guests. There is nice bar next to the lobby that offers great cocktails. "The room was clean and well kept, staff was great and the pool and hot tub were great with the kids. They did have a gym that looked like a nice hotel gym as well. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel that was free as well. Location was great as well. Highly recommend. "

"Loved the area and the building. Very close to cool, non touristy, shops and restaurants and the building has a cool vibe. Free laundry in the basement is a plus, but the washer and dryer have seen better days and someone left some bleach in the washer which ruined a shirt. Unit gets lots of sunlight, but hard to sleep in if you’re not a morning person. And it’s right off a busy street so it’s loud. "I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave and got a refrigerator that was lukewarm and no microwave. When i asked the desk, they said there are no microwaves in the Hampton side - I told him i had a confirmation that said refrigerator and microwave and he said it was the tiny microwave in the lobby. The pool was murky and dirty despite being full of chlorine. My deadbolt didn't work and I didn't feel like bothering them again. Parking valet was great! We left after only one night. "

"Rooms were nice and clean. Everything was great! Only complaint was that the bartender was not very responsive to everyone at the bar/food area. It took forever just to get him to look at us to order an appetizer and drink. "
